A wide band will put pressure on your finger that a narrow ring will not. If you are interested in a wider band, consider a slightly larger Ring Size than your normal size. Just keep in mind not to get it so big that it easily slips off!
Make sure to try on the ring and consider its comfort level before you actually buy it. Keep in mind that most metals used for wedding bands will scratch. It is simply part of wearing the band! However, you can get your ring polished at a jeweler every 12 months, or even maintain it at home!
