White Cyc Studio And Methods of Lighting
Lighting tasks are made easier with a projection cyclorama and excellent white cyc studio surfaces to project the surface lighting effects or pictures. One of the benefits of a projection cyclorama is its capability to diffuse light pristinely on its surface. Cyc lighting is better with the projection cyclorama that helps to blend the color washes. The succession positioning is not as crucial with the projection cyclorama. The image source isn't seen by the audience when the projection cyclorama illuminates the white cyclorama from the rear or behind. This allows for any kind of light source to be used from behind the white cyclorama without revealing the point of light source. This allows for a sun effect to be created by projecting the image at once onto the back of the white cyclorama parallel to its desired position.
Providing a true round beam instead of an oval effect is produced using a floor mounted light. A standard lighting methodology uses black theatre curtains down stage to melt and to extend the depth of the effect. Cyc lighting will color either the front or back of the white cyc studio screen.
