Begin with finding out what you own. Before you actually recycle anything think if you have genuine gold and gemstones and how sure you are that your gold is genuine. If you have genuine gold jewelry, the best way for you is to sell it. It will bring you some money that you can spend on getting new gold jewelry for you collection.
Designer gold jewelry sells best; if you are selling custom gold pices you may not earn as much money unless they are solid gold. If your jewelry isn't stamped, sometimes internet research can tell you if your piece is a designer piece. Doing research on the intenet can often be worth you time. Alternately you can try pricing and selling your gold jewelry at pawnshops.
